For the price you pay regardless to weatger u purchase on ebay or in a shop, i have found that it has slowed my laptop down considerably. I think once years up i will go back to kaspersky.

I was sent it by email this time and found it quite a palaver getting it all done on the net and although i'm elderly (88) which may account for the bother I had, I still think that it could have been made a little easier for a novice like me to get through all the requirements needed to complete the downloads etc. As the product was already paid for I hoped that proof who you are would have sufficed to help provide a (short cut) Just relieved that eventually I managed to do it.
