Good quality eyeliner but in horrible quality package

Unfortunately the eyeliner I have was broken right from the start.. When i tried to turn the bit to get the eyeliner out it wouldn't move.. I had to use pliers to actually get it to work and even then it wasn't very good. The eyeliner itself is lovely and stay on all day but wish it was in better packaging. Read full review
