Excellent smoker. Very easy to use. Comes with manuals showing temperature and time required for all sort of meat, poultry, sea food. Plug in, set the temperature, time and add wooden chips around every 30-40 minutes.Read full review

Simple to use for newbie

While it’s a bit more cash than the simplest it’s well worth the extra for the thermostat timer electric and compact design. I got great smoked chilliest first time off
