Good stuff

Just used my compound today 4/14/20 . Went on fine I tried to give it a pre-stir it would seem I never had to really. That maybe cause it its new. ?? I brushed on nicely. Be carful make sure you have gloves on protect your skin from contact because it sticks to anything. I got it on my face/hand and my arm and dries quick and you have a problem getting it off; It must be doing its job should of had a long sleeve shirt on. I used it on garage roof and swept the grit back before putting on. Its great because you can apply it quite thick first go. I only have to re-spread the git tomorrow. I would advise this product.Read full review

Beware the blisters!

I used this to cover my concrete flat roof, put two coats on and both times the surface came up in blisters. I tried to find Master Bitumens on line to find more instructions for use than is on the tin but it seems this stuff is under the radar. I used primer and made sure the roof was dry, I can only assume the heat is causing the surface not to adhere correctly but cannot confirm anything as can't locate the producer. I'll use some better quality coating next time.Read full review

Great product

Used two drums of this to do a large garage roof, easy to use, makes the roof look new again for less than £100. Make sure you give it a really good stir prior to application. I used a sweeping brush to apply on the main area of the roof and a 2" paint brush to do the welts, very satisfied with the result.Read full review

Great stuff

Had a leak on my garage flat roof. This stuff was really easy to apply and after 2 good coats I don’t think we will be having anymore problems. It’s super thick and covers small cracks very well. Really good value for money.Read full review

The black stuff

Used this to waterproof a felted shed. Two coats required. Beware of the unbelievable mess that this stuff creates. Basically, whatever it comes into contact with, turns black and is very hard to remove! Wear old clothing & try not to get it on your skin! Despite that, it does a great job & after two coats, its waterproof. Getting lid off requires a pliers to pull up lugs. You can then reseal the lid to use contents again in future. Highly recommended product!Read full review

SUPER FANTASTIC GREAT

I Had a Fibreglass roof which had 3 small leaks but due to weather I could not resolve problem with fibreglass so gave this a go and applied 2 relatively thick coats using a long pile 9'' roller andr>has fixed the problem for now until better weather and re roof. Excellent product and highly recommend.Read full review

A good product would recommend.

Applied two coats of the All Weather Roofing Compound too the shed roof which has given it a good waterproof protection which should last for some time. Application was carried out using a long handled tar brush with the material being easily spread although being of a thick consistency. Read full review

Bitumen re - seal compound

excellent product on sound but crazed/cracked felt roofing . second time ive used it , first go 5 years ago on a roof that was at least 15 yrs old . sealed and covered perfect no more leaks , crazed again with heat since so re-coated with this product again . excellent coverage , only used half of 25ltr drum on a large stable block over 30 sq metre) . The key essential is to stir it well before use , otherwise it will be too thick to brush at the end - can be thinned with spirit ( no not whisky ) . A lot cheaper than a new felt roof at over £1K !!! .Read full review

Great roof paint. Seals very well.

Great stuff.
Totally sealed a severely leaking felt garage roof with only one coat...
Applied 2 just to be safe :)
Applied the edges with a 3” paint brush and the main section with a small outdoor broom very easily.
Just remember to shake and stir the paint well before application and you should have no problems with it :)
Also be careful not to spill any of it. It will not come off whatever it gets on.

Impressive stuff easy to use.

Great product. Gave it a good stir first then poured it straight from the container onto the roof. Only need to pour around a litre or so at a time as it spreads really easily with a broom. The flat roof I was using it on was badly blistered but this stuff just filled all the cracks straight away. I wrapped the broom in several plastic shopping bags and came back about a week later to do a second coat and the broom had not hardened. I have several more roofs to do so I'm going to be buying 4 more containers.Read full review
