Really good. I had suspected that my oven was far hotter than what it was set at and so it was great to be able to check and re-calibrate it. I bought this as I suspected my oven thermometer wasn't displaying accurately - and I was noticing that baking was coming out undercooked.

Sure enough, over the last few weekends, I've been using this during cake bakes and have found that not only is it a good 'second regulator' of oven temperature, my cakes are coming out properly cooked through according to the time/temp of the recipes. As a fairly new entrant into the world of baking, this is encouraging.

I know this is a oven themometer but I use it for my bbq kettle, need to get the right temp before cooking.
