I was a little unsure about the bold yellow face but felt sure this was advertising literature and this proved to be the case. It is a simple cardboard page. Once removed, the swivel is plain black and seems manufactured to a high standard. Non slip surfaces and smooth turning. My 24" TV went straight on it and it worked beautifully.
