Marcy HG3000 Compact Home Gym - a high quality compact at home gym
The assembly took almost 4 hours. Assembling alone possible but easier for two. It takes American wrench size or an adjustable plier and a set of imbus. The instructions are well marked with numbers. If you follow the numbers exactly, the assembly is easy. The Marcy weighs 128 kilos / 280lb packed in 3 packages. Deep 172cm / 5.8 '' - with 91cm / 3 '' height 210cm / 6.8 ''. The quality is absolutely high. The weights of 68 kilos / 150lb. are more than enough. The rollers should be oiled with W40 from time to time. I and my whole family use the Marcy regularly and are very happy. I would buy the Marcy HG 3000 again at any time!Read full review

This is great, only thing to comment is the height of the latpulldown, it is a bit low if you have long arms, anyway I can manage fine. Also for triceps, the weights hit the top of the column, you add an extra chain lock and sorted. Overall good qualityRead full review
