Solvent base polish

This polish works very well. That being said, be aware that once you've cleaned an item, it will require washing with lots hot soapy water to remove the polish. Not a problem when cleaning flatware or polishing serving pieces or a Tea set. Problematic if cleaning Jewelry or small decor items. I had to use a soft nail brush to remove the polish from the twisted bezel of a necklace, it was very difficult to get the polish to wash away. The Silver dresser set shines beautifully but getting the polish out of the deep Repousse was time consuming and irritating. Just be aware of how the stuff behaves. As I initially stated, it puts a beautiful high gloss finish on silver surfaces.Read full review

MAAS shines bright!

MAAS metal polish works better than anything else I have ever used. It doesn't scratch, it shines really well, and it leaves a protective coating that helps prolong the shine. MAAS is very easy to use and has no harsh smell. I use it frequently, especially on vintage and antique items.Read full review

on plastics it works great, metals just OK

I bought this product for brass & copper but it was only OK for those metals. Tried it on plastics & it worked great. Requires an excessive amount of "elbow grease" for the final phase of polishing on metals. A very small amount goes a long way.Read full review

MAAS Metal Polish

I collect 100 y/o and older antique cars that have LOTS of brass. Have tried most of the metal polishes on the market, and nothing is easier or better than MAAS. Wife even uses it for metal fixtures, bathroom faucets at home. Easy and great results!Read full review

Better than the rest.

I thought it was the pink paste that I used to use. It is the white paste. It worked good. For years I have used it to remove the oxidation from car/truck headlight lenses. Recently on a 2013 Altima.. Worked great- looks like new. Requires a lot of elbow grease. Still have a half ounce left for other projects.Read full review

MAAS polish made my Tiffany Jewelry and car headlights look like new!

I purchased this Maas Polish because I was searching on Youtube to find a video to show me the best and easiest way to clean my Tiffany silver jewelry. I watched tons of videos, but then I stumbled upon a video where this girl was demonstrating how she cleans her Tiffany jewelry with the Maas Polish. The results were amazing! So, I decided to purchase some to see for myself, and I couldn't be happier with how wonderful the Maas polish made my jewelry shine! I even used it to polish my faded out headlights on my car, and the Maas polish made my headlights look new! People were asking me did I buy new headlights :) Wonderful product for its intended purpose!!Read full review

Love, love, love....

for polishing chrome/metal on my vintage sewing machines and tools.
I like not having to let it dry...easy to apply, wipe, rinse, repeat.
A little goes a long way and it smells nice!

Beautiful finish with minimal work.

Two applications by hand on some pretty ugly brass fittings produced a beautiful finish that has remained a few weeks now. No strong odor from the paste or on the rags is an added plus.

Best polish for silverware and sterling jewelry!

I have used this polish for years and was going through withdrawal when my local hardware store stopped carrying it. (Maybe because it is more expensive per ounce than some other polishes.) But worth every penny! Glad to find it on Ebay!Read full review
