Easy to fit, but they don't last.

This appears to be a genuine part, but is made of plastic and looks a bit flimsy. We need to replace ours about every 3 years, and there are only 2 of us using it. On the plus side, once you've located your hot and cold feeds and shut them off it's only a 10 or 15 minute job to remove the old one and fit the new one. The instructions that come with it are very clear and easy to follow. Lucky it's a quick job, because you'll be doing it every 3 years!
