S/PDIF input may not work.

This review applies only to this one unit I purchased off of Ebay. I purchased this unit as an back-up unit for the same model. My single need of this product is to archive my aging digital audio tapes (DAT) and convert them to WAV files via its S/PDIF input. The unit I purchased on Ebay does not recognize the S/PDIF signal from any S/PDIF output even after I updated its firmware/resource file to the latest available version to match my existing unit. Piece of junk
