Left speaker distortion

You are taking a big risk buying this. As stated elsewhere on the internet, there is a design and/or assembly flaw in the left speaker. 2 leads go to the driver. Either one ( or both ) of these leads is too close to the spider portion of the speaker and causes sound distortion. Or the spider itself is a bad design. I deflected to leads away from the spider as much as I could, but distortion still exists at certain frequencies! Like I said, bad design or bad assembly. I would never recommend this system!Read full review

All things are relative. Relatively for the money these are great speakers They are large enough to provide good sound and small enough to fit in limited space. For 100 bucks all things being considered you can't do better than these speakers. They provide good sound and bass without distortion or interference. Great speakers for the money. And the sub has excellent bass response for its size. You have to turn the volume all the way up to get it to distort. But that's to be expected for a pc spkr package in this price range.

I live in a ranch style home and have them in a back bedroom down a rather long hallway but I piddle around the house and hear the sound clearly and loudly enough.

This is my 2nd set of Logitech spkrs for my pc. The first set worked and sounded just as good as this set but they used a lower quality volume control which started crackling after the first yr.Read full review
