I ordered this mouse to give my arthritic hand some relief. The more natural positioning of my hand does seem to help. This is a rechargeable unit, but holds charge for a long time between required charging. Be prepared to download the software so as to configure your new mouse. There's a lot of buttons, and they can all be configured to do many different functions. All in all despite the steep price for a mouse it seems worth the expense.Read full review

Other than a being a bit large, perfect mouse

I like that there are a number of ways to connect the mouse to the computer. The charge lasts a long while, also a plus. It is slightly bigger than I expected and it would be more comfortable for me if it were a tad smaller; I have small to medium sized hands.

I've been using this for a week and definitely perceive a noticeable difference in pain, aches, numbness/tingling sensation in the hands and wrist (almost all gone). Easy set up, nothing to download.
