Fisherman's Friend Menthol Eucalyptus Lozenge is the original & best clearer of a blocked nose/sinuses. No nasty chemicals - just clears everything, leaving you able to breathe easily. I suffer from congestion - one at bedtime leaves me able to breathe more easily through the night. Amazing. Highly recommended.
