The Real Battery That’s ready When ever You Need It
Bought a 4 pack of these batteries, I used them for over a year at work 5 days 5 charges a week in a head torch that took three batteries in a situation where there would be no time to get over to the bench and replace them with a fresh set if they faded or failed. The 4th charged battery I would add to the torch replacing one of the used batteries after late afternoon tea brake if I worked on to give an end of the day boost
They did not fail or fade so I bought another 4 pack of a different brand thinking because they were ever ready they would be better as they cost a lot more. How wrong I was they faded half way through the shift luckily it was lunchtime so I was able to go back to the lloytrons and finish the day out.
I was working on a production line situation in a powder coating facility checking components before they went into the oven so any problems the whole line had to stop.
Lloyton made my day an easier working day every day. Those batteries are retired now to remote control duties at home enjoying their sunset years together and still going strong... Read full review

Package arrived four days late. Not sure about quality. Lloytron packaging had "UK 2011" printed on it so not sure if this means the batteries were manufactured 9 years ago. Two of the four batteries, after I had charged them, indicated only half charge initially in my cordless phone. But now they register as fully charged and the voltage is fine. Lloytron 1100 mAh batteries
Used 6 of the 8 pack in my BT cordless telephones which were sum what unreliable. Thought I might try the Lloytron batteries since they were so cheap. Once installed and the phones back in their cradles the chargers showed about half full and started charging. Don’t know how long it took to charge but all the phones now work perfectly with talk time of at least two and a half hours, did it talking to my daughter redialling at 59 min to keep the call free. With the previous unnamed batteries fitted by BT max was about 50 min then you were cut off and had to use another phone while the first was charging to continue your conversation. Nice clear connections, no crackling and the ringer is louder. Getting more for the TV remote controllers.Read full review

These are great cells to use in cordless DECT phones
We use these high capacity AAA rechargeable NiMh cells two at a time in cordless household phones. When each phone is not being used it sits in its cradle being continuously trickle charged. This kind of charge regime for NiMh cells is not ideal, and we know when the cells reach the end of their life maybe 9 months later, as the phone may cut off on a long call! This is just battery chemistry, and there is nothing that can be done about this, so we keep at least a pair of cells ready to be fitted should this arise. When working properly these cells will give an hour of phone usage without any problem.Read full review

Very good batteries.
I really like these batteries & have only recently changed from using disposables to rechargeables. The reviews I read were very positive so I also bought the corresponding Lloytron charger too & I’m not disappointed. Since I bought the batteries I’ve only charged them once for my torch so they last ages. My torch is very powerful and is described as being 13-14 times as powerful as a normal torch, the only issue is it eats batteries at the same rate so to have these batteries last this long between charges is very impressive Read full review

Budget-priced high capacity rechargeable batteries
These are reasonably priced AAA Ni-MH batteries being used to replace those in 2 DECT home phone handsets.The batteries are 1100 mA capacity so hopefully the constant charging current, so common in DECT handsets, will not 'cook' them too quickly. (Currently 20C above ambient temperature.)
The batteries arrived nearly discharged (voltage about 1.15 V per cell) so they were charged at 500 mA in a smart charger before inserting into handset.The instructions on the battery packaging mentions the need to charge before use. This is important as many new technology Ni-Mh batteries are low self-discharge and arrive 'ready to go'. These batteries are older technology but probably more suitable for the intended use.
Obviously how long the batteries will last is the big question and yet to be answered!

Exceptional Value
Rechargeable batteries have a limited active life because they survive only a limited number of recharge cycles. In cordless home phones, they're recharged every time the phone is used, so the recharge cycle happens several times a day.
I've previously paid a lot for premium rechargeable batteries for my cordless phones and have been disappointed. These Lloytron batteries have proved at least as good as much more expensive brands. We regularly have two-hour phone calls without any bleeping to indicate diminished battery power.
So I'm very pleased with them and regard them as outstanding value for money.Read full review

Excellent batteries for replacing your home phone batteries with.
These batteries are well worth the price paid. I used them to replace the batteries in my wireless home phone and they work great. The 1100 mAh is twice what was in the phone previously and they do last a lot longer.
I have some 2800 mAh rechargeables but the phone charging system didn't seem to want to charge them and always showed them as being at half charge so these batteries were ideal.Read full review
