Solid but difficult for little hands
Lionel Fastrack is great once you have it together. Generally requires adult strength to connect and disconnect track sections. Much more difficult for kids to work with than standard Lionel track.
This kit is the perfect complement to a standard Thomas the Tank Engine oval track. It is sufficient to make the oval into a figure 8.

They sell this kit making you believe it turns an oval to an 8 track, this is completely not true. The kit is missing 4-10" tracks. I could have bought the entire kit for a few dollars less. Now my grandson will have to wait until after Xmas for the train, definitely was

My Lionel cross over track
