Not entirely happy. Too expensive for what I’ve received

I understood for the price ie. £89.93. that I would be getting 120 for this amount.. I only received 60 and not the box I ordered. I have had it before and always got 120 for this price. Can you please explain. Not Happy.
Under these circumstances I would not be purchasing these tablets from you again. I am an 82 year old pensioner and while I do my utmost best for my dog this to me is not fair.
