great technical performer only let down by poor set-up software
Great tri mode wifi mesh. Set up via app is troublesome but then the product works flawlesslly either using only wifi or with ethernet as the backhaul to your router

4 nodes work well in 4-bedroom house and separate garage with ethernet backhaul
I've had this product in place now for a few weeks. I had existing ethernet wiring between some of the rooms and with that ethernet backhaul, the WHW03 velop network works very well. On one heavily used laptop where I previously needed an ethernet connection to compensate for poor wifi, the wifi connection from the velop nodes (in the same locations as the previous access points) is sufficiently good that I've dispensed with the ethernet to the laptop.
It's a little tedious to setup, but with patience perfectly feasible and you only do that once.Read full review

Great product, but benefits from careful positioning. If adding a 2nd hand one to an existing mesh, remember to do a factory reset first

Easy set-up via mobile app. Extends a WiFi network far better than individual mains plug-in devices. When connected to a full mesh system using 2 or more of these devices they direct a connected device to the best WiFisignal strength available on the same network. My system allows any mobile device to work seamlessly on WiFi as it moves throughout the house these are situated in.
