Great foundation
Laura Gellar balance n brighten is a lovely foundation. Really light on the skin and very easy to apply. A quick swirl in the pot with a good quality make up brush gives you great coverage without feeling heavy and sticky. Can easily build up to a heavier coverage if needed.
The casing is good quality (although I wouldn't recommend you drop it to find out) I have dropped it several times and the case hasn't chipped or broken and neither has the make up. I won't use any other brand now.Read full review

Not as expected
I've seen this product many times on the television being demonstrated on various models,thought i would give it a try.The coverage was far less than you see on the TV.Theg must have the brushes fully loaded to get the coverage they are showing.Ive had to load the brush 3 to 4 times and it is very fine and most of it disappears into the air or on the floor if your not careful.I tip the remainder into a small dish and reuse it.Ive used the same mineral foundation for about 12 years and one faintly loaded brush gives a good coverage and repeated it gives full coverage in less than 15 seconds it takes me about 3 or 4 loads and about a minute to get the coverage that looks ok.
The shade i chose was also a little too dark ,looked ok when i had a bit of a tan on holiday.Feels very silky but on this occasion its not a good point as it just puffs into thin air.Read full review

Lightweight and natural looking.
The Balance-n-Brighten foundation is excellent and very natural looking, it is easy to use and stays on all day.
I would recommend it especially for older skin as it looks so natural and does not have the heavy caked look of other liquid foundations. It is very good value as it lasts a long time.Read full review
