FAB..is you keep it up!!

This is an excellent product, very robust. It does how ever take ,I would say the same amount of floor space as a dining chair. It is very sturdy, and certainly works if you keep it up. I am by no means a keep fit addict. I don't go to the gym, run, or to be honest do any exercise!!! But ,this is so easy, and quick. You can do it watching the telly, or just get on it anytime you have spare 10 minutes?? The thing is ,it does tone your thighs and waist, if you can make the effort to do a little everyday!!
