DANGEROUS! - HOT WATER!!!!
looks really nice and works well but it's too dangerous without a cup size or stop sensor to stop the "HOT" running water!!!! Most other models I have researched do have a cup measure size so it stops at the selected measure.Read full review

very impressive hot water dispenser, does exactly what it says on the tin.
I had a previous hot water dispenser and it really started to show its age. So I decided to get a new one.
The only issue I have with it, is.that unlike my previous one. The water is not as hot as my old one. It's for that reason why I have given it a four star rating, apart from that. I'm still pretty pleased with it.Read full review

Definitely better than the kettle. My mum says its great and that is a serious compliment from an 81 yr old.
This is great, so easy to use never having to wait for the kettle anymore, my daughter thinks its the best thing ever. Whenever I come in she is asking if anyone wants a hot drink, she never did that with the kettle.
My 81 year old mum wishes she'd had one years ago as she says just put a teabag or spoonful of coffee into a mug and its hot straight away.
I would willingly recommend this to anyone.

brilliant little item
Very pleased with this. I have arthritis in my hands and it was becoming a pain to fill the kettle up. It boils the water very quickly and is hot enough for a cup of tea not like the dolce gusto coffee machine which was luke warm. Just need to remember to switch it off when the cup is full so easy to forget this! Need to get used to the little green light when filling up your cup as well!!!! Perfect Cuppa with this Hot Water Dispenser
This is perfect! It even shines a green light into your cup as it operates. I was worried that it might have an after taste (as I previously had a Breville model that produced plasticky drinks). This one produces a great cuppa. I've even filled a 1 litre vacuum flask with it by putting it on the edge of the worktop. Absolutely recommend it as an alternative to a kettle. Takes an age to get going when it does it sounds like Stephenson's first go at a steam engine! It then dribbles luke warm water in spurts and finally when it gets up to hot it's to late to be of use it's all style over use not to be recommended would return but it would cost more than its worthRead full review
