Looks stylish/neat when empty

This is the second dish rack l've bought where UK dinner size plates or side plates will not stand upright in the wire holder. They all fall forward onto each other, so no display of pretty crockery and difficult to pull out a plate to use.

Perhaps these wire racks are designed for bowls?

I am accustomed to dish racks storing/drying the plates standing upright.

2. It's necessary to wedge the far end up higher for the water to drain into the sink and not puddle.
The plastic drip tray design should really slope to allow for the raised rim of any sink.
