Poor after sales service

The system is good, it does take a couple of hours to set up properly. One of my speakers was crackling so I contacted LG thinking it would be straight forward for them to send me another speaker, they refused and wanted the whole system back to test one speaker. Most unhelpful considering the size and weight of the system and the time it takes to set. It's a good value for money system as long as you do not have any faults with it.
