Modern machine that doesn't take half a day to wash
Was very concerned about buying a new washing machine as heard horror stories about them taking 4 hours per wash.
Bought this as with its turbo function seemed to have quicker washing times.
It really does work, mix wash takes 1hr 20 mins and does a very good job. Clothes come out pristine and relatively crease free.
Seems complex at the beginning but it's pretty simple once you get the hang of it.
Very quiet for a washing machine. Decent 9kg load is a big plus. Would definitely recommend it. Newer machines do have quick wash function but that's too quick and doesn't Clean properly. New machines seem to have useless very short cycle or ridiculous 4 plus hour cycle.

This is our second LG washing machine, the first one (a 7kg 1200 rpm spin speed), lasted fifteen years and this one we're hoping will prove to be as reliable.
First impressions of this machine are not disappointing. A very quiet and very easy to use washing machine that looks the business and certainly performs as well as it looks. On experience of these machines so far, I would most definitely recommend them.Read full review

Good performer
Had machine a week and very impressed. Love the direct drive motor, it's so quiet and agitates well. Flexible programming means we get the type of wash required.
We were disappointed that the massively door isn't a reflection of the opening it covers which is exactly the same as the machine we were replacing and the inside of the drum is the same diameter. Our old machine was 6kg load and this is 9kg. I've noticed that just like us people are confused by all the different load sizes. Overall though we love it and hope it continues to please. Amazingly quiet washing machine!
LG washing machines are fantastic and do the job very very well. What is most amazing, you can be stood next to it during its 1400 spin cycle and not even know it's on.....so quiet!! My only criticism is I wish the whole front panel and knob where touch control then it would be real ready to keep clean, hopefully LG will develop this.Read full review
