effect is poor

previous to using the 3000mg I had the 1000mg. I thought the more potent 3000mg would work better but it does not. I am thinking I might not have been given the correct dosage.

Not the best choice.

Pill are large, and then fall apart when out of bottle. Two days in your pill container and they're all powder. NOT GOOD. I guess they work, but taste nasty.
