Camping Sleeping Mat Lightweirht, compact, and got it for a great price.

The Klymit sleeping mat Static V version is highly recommended, It not only saves on space as it rolls up and has its' own dry bag, but it is also lightweight. Compared to my previous sleeping mat, the Static V is three to four times smaller in size and lighter weight overall. Klymit says it takes about 10-15 breaths to blow up the mat, but I would say more like 20-25 breaths for a woman. It is comfortable to lie on as you can comfortably lie on your side too. This sleeping mat was sold at a great price; $37.99 vs. the rest averaging around $50.00+. It also comes in a selection of colors.
Highly recommended for those who are concerned about size and weight issues toward products when camping, bike packing, or backpacking.

little on the narrow side

.Product well made, but too narrow to sleep comfortably if you roll on your side. It folds and rolls to fit back in bag and is really light. The shape of the mat didn't do to much to keep you from sliding off in my opinion.Read full review

Quiet, Supportive Sleep

This factory refurbished KLYMIT Static V sleeping pad was a great value and a great product. I used it hiking on the Appalachian Trail and slept very well, mostly in my tent, but occasionally in the trail shelters. It was very supportive, light weight, easy to inflate and very quiet ; no crinkling noises while you sleep or roll it up in the morning. I am 6'4" tall and it was long enough to support my full length. Thanks KLYMIT for making my AT Trail experience even better! Tim Nypaver aka DadskaRead full review

Great lightweight sleeping pad.

I have used this pad twice on backpacking trips and am very pleased. It is lighter and packs much smaller than sleeping pads I have used in the past. It is about the size of a standard Nalgene bottle when packed. I sleep on my side mostly and have had shoulder and hip pain with other pads but not with this one. Read full review

Strongly recommend for those who require a light-weight pack for long hiking trips.

Great hiking mattress!! Very light, small, and simple to inflate (12-15 good breaths). It is very easy to get back into case. I've been able to sleep on my back and side, without touching the ground, but it does not pass the 'knees' test (Not so important). The mattress is probably the most comfortable you can get when considering weight and size (not considering price). If you are strictly looking for comfort go with the Thermarest (but these can get expensive).

I strongly recommend for those who require a light-weight pack for long hiking trips.

Great Air mattress.

Had lots of air mattress, always needed a air pump of some type, this one has a pad area, that allows it to pump up by just using your foot, took less than 1 minutes to inflatat it. Nice built in pillow too.Read full review

Value Backpacking Sleeping Pad

The Klymit Static V sleeping pad is a great value product for the price. It is constructed from a durable fabric and has a snap-close valve for manual inflation. It doesn't take much to inflate even after a day of backpacking and provides ample support for my weight (~170 lbs). Insulation value is respectable and the fabric dries easily when sun-dried. I have yet to experience any issues with the one I bought previously that has seen several weeks of use in the last two years.Read full review

Compact, lightweight and very functional

I bought this for my 10 year old son and had my doubts about comfort and functionality. I first tried it on my terrazzo floor and was amazed when I stretched out on it. I am 200 pounds and was amazed that this thin mattress would pad me from the floor. Even more impressive was when I laid on my side. Amazing is all I can say! I was totally padded from the hard floor, and I mean nothing touched. The design does kind of assists in staying on the mat while sleeping. Only negative; and a very minor one, is that it takes some practice to deflate it for packing. Figured out to fold in half and roll then unroll and fold twice and it packs like a dream, seems to be something related to the design that makes the side sleeping possible. Appears rugged and durable. I purchased the next larger version for myself and it is very nice as well. If you want something lightweight, functional and comfortable for hiking this is a very good item to consider.Read full review

Compact and comfortable

Bought with a slow (Moderate) leak and was able to repair it with the patch kit that originally came with the carry bag. Air pockets stay inflated under pressure points, big improvement over my Coleman self inflating air mat and much more compact than my foam bed roll.Read full review

Exactly as advertised

The pad arrived exactly as advertised. The first time I used the mat was on a patch of rock that was covered with a couple inches of dirt, and I had no trouble sleeping on my back. My dog (15lb terrier thing) and I (5'5", buck twenty) fit comfortably on the mat and had a great night sleep.Read full review

Comfortable and light

I was in need of a lightweight option for a 72 hour emergency bag. This was the ticket. Its comfort was only surpassed by its ability to get small and pack up small. Didn't lose air in the middle of the night like others.Read full review
