The replacement bowl was a very tight fit at first on my older p[rocessor, but after a few uses it became much easy to line-up and lock the old lid onto it.

this older model is better than the new one

We recently purchased the newest model of this food processor and was very disappointed in the quality. We returned it and purchased this one on ebay. the newer model was half the weight of the KFPW760 and the pulse was gutless. KitchenAid is apparently lowering its quality substantially.
