I've been taking these vitamins for a couple of weeks, and while I am not noticing anything different in the way I feel, I am confident that these vitamins are providing comparable supplemental nutrition, to that of Centrum and other brands I have bought and used in the past. This multivitamin has a large amount of required vitamins and minerals and rated for those over 50. Vitamin D has the daily required amount in just one tablet— not always found in other brands. I have used these tablets before. They hang together in the bottle so there is no breakage. They have been reviewed by an outside agency delivering the amount of vitamins and minerals they say they do.
