Reassuring peace of mind.
Only been installed a short time and so far, nothing to report regarding CO2 emmisions. Very easy to install and comes with some of the clearest, most comprehensive instructions as to the various alarms and readouts the detector offers. So not only, for example, can you see any current problem, but the alarm also gives information as to any excess emmisions that may have happened previously. This obviously gives peace of mind that your gas fire is safe even when not in use, overnight or when you are away.
Promptly delivered and keenly priced, I would recommend this detector to anyone wanting to ensure their gas appliances are safe.Read full review

Recommended CO Alarm
Carbon Monoxide is a killer and in my view all households should have a detector and I have found Kidde 5DCO CO alarm to be particularly good. It is a neat design with extremely clear instructions. Quality Carbon Monoxide detector
This unit looks well made. Fixing was not the best system I have seen, I would prefered slots on the back cover for the screws. The screws supplied were too short for my walls which had a deep layer of plaster before solid brick which provides the support. I cannot give the Nighthawk 5 stars as I have no means of knowing that it would work in a real carbon monoxide emergency.Read full review
