My experience with these wasn’t to good, It took 6 hours for them to have any effect on me by this time I was already up seeing double and feeling sick, I don’t blame this on the tablets as I generally don’t need these a took them due to been on night shift to help me sleep during the day but me body didn’t agree with them. Speedy delivery, great service and I cannot rate this product enough. I have been prescribed many sleeping tablets before, all with nasty side effects. These however, have completely changed my sleep and for the better.

I used to get around 2 hours a night if I was lucky. But after taking Kalms Night, I sleep a solid 8 hours and wake up feeling refreshed. I would definitely recommend these for anyone suffering from lack of sleep. I won’t be without these now and definitely prefer these herbal tablets as opposed to chemical filled tablets.

Kalms one a night tablets

I brought these as I was really having trouble falling asleep, would lie in bed clock watching.
I have only had them a short while but I seem to be drifting off to sleep a lot quicker... not straight away still but certainly a lot quicker.
Also I have been waking up feeling a lot fresher and not so tired... seems I am able to sleep, rather than toss and turn all night.
