What do you mean "We're glad to hear this product is better than you expected"? I never said that.

Anyway. It does work, albeit slowly, and it took me several applications to get my facial hair very light. As it is dark brown, it went through several shades of ginger. The product does have a rather strong smell (well, it's bleach, of course), but it didn't cause any adverse skin reactions or wheeziness (often get that from various chemicals).Read full review
