Not good enough

Lovely looking, solid pan. Cooks well and leaves the sought after, well defined griddled marks on meats & veg BUT sadly I didn't find the non stick great. The pan needed soaking and scouring to remove debris. I was advised to heat pan before oiling & cooking, which is ok, but being told to leave food in the pan until it reaches room temperature to avoid debris, is rediculous. Read full review

it heated up fine haven't tried it in the oven yet, but the thing i don't like is i bought the silicon handle covers and the heat goes right through them, a total waste of money!

Multi purpose, easy clean

The What ever pan is really useful kitchen kit. For bacon, sausages, chops halloumi cheese, burgers, a healthier way to cook than frying. The lid means no fat splattering over the cooker and food cooks in the contained heat. Mixtures of food can be cooked gently after the initial griddle, the whole pan can be put in the oven( not at high temperature). And it is a doddle to clean , non stick coating ensures that. I often quickly add hot water and washing up liquid straight after cooking.
