Better than expected

Given the price my expectations were low but I bought it as a stopgap until I could afford to replace my electric flosser. It’s essentially a wee siphon, you fill the bottom chamber to the line, connect up the top and bottom, push the button a couple of times to get it going and apply it between each tooth, up at the gum line, pushing the button as you go. You have to be careful to get to angle right or it does not work properly. When working properly, it does an effective job of flushing out stuff from between teeth and underneath bridges.It will not remove plaque, the jet is not strong enough. It’s also very messy, as water drips out of your mouth while using it. That said, it is battery fre, weighs nothing, and costs very little, so handy on a holiday. Good but not a floss let alone powerfloss.

It works really well getting water to otherwise difficult parts of the mouth. It's hand powered which is simple and great. But you could hardly say it flosses much less "powerflosses". But it can assist cleaning which is perfect for me. Read full review

Waste of money

Only gave 1 star as I couldn't give no stars without submitting, absolute waste of money, wouldn't recommend buying it. There is no power at all in this item.

No frills flosser.

Its a simple to use,no frills pump action water flosser. Tank can also be used with mouthwash added. Does the job!!
