Disappointed in this product

makes noise when steam is on, if no steam iron doesn't heat or take any creases out. Quite disappointed in this product it's not like jml products

Brilliant iron. I don't like a lightweight iron and this is ideal but not too heavy. It's the second phoenix iron that I have owned. My first one lasted for years. Would recommend it

Dissatisfied

Very disappointed with this product. Constantly having to fill with water, steam just continues to hiss out even when stood upright. Not sure if faulty? As not user friendly at all
