Emergency milk reserve
Since it's been about 40 years since milkmen delivered fresh milk to you doorstep. This is a good way to always have an emergency supply of milk on hand, especially during the winter when getting to the market may be difficult. The stuff reconstitutes into a releasable facsimile of milk plus the stuff lasts for a LONG time without going bad. We use it directly into coffee as a substitute for the pricey non-dairy creamers.
