this item is a great value that should cost a lot more. the packaging is outstanding. the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. the quality of the material is top shelf and heavy duty. the fit and finish is excellent. the design is very well thought out and user friendly. for people who have back problems, whether minor or severe, this device will absolutely help if you can accept the idea of hanging upside down for a little while. compared to the alternatives of doctors visits, pain medications, chiropractors, specialists doing stretching on their tables, or last resort surgery; this device is a fantastic alternative and will work to help most people. not all but most.

Complicated...

The instructions to put it together are poor,it took me more than an hour to figure out how to put it together because the instructions are confusing and also the feet pads are very bad quality,as soon as you start using the table your feet start hurting,the pads are too thin or bad quality material..Overall is pretty good ,worth the money.Read full review...

It worked for me

I've read literature on Inversion tables and it usually states it may not work for everyone. In my case, it works for me. I can walk upright and limit the use of my cane most of the day. It was a subtle change in that later I realized the positive effect of this table on my back. I can only assume any table will work, but this was the best value for the money. I've been going to the gym for over 3 years and have lost over 50 pounds through diet and exercise. I quit the gym due to this Covid-19 thing. Now 2 to 3 times a day I use my Innova table and occasionally use my weight "pull down" machine to decrease the compression on my back. The Table does more than several weeks' worth of physical therapy I recently completed.

The only caution I would advise new users is to select the 15 degree position and get very comfortable with the "blood rush" to the head before going to the advanced settings. My other comment is this is a good starter machine and it's a great value. I plan to buy the more advanced model once I get totally accustomed to the advanced features.Read full review...

Compact and strong

I've wanted one of these for some time but the competition was a bit pricey, then I found this. Excellent buy for the price. I like the ability to adjust the stops from 15 degrees off horizontal to a full 90 degrees. That gave me the ability to get used to hanging gradually so I could completely relax my muscles. After a couple weeks I'm only at 30 degrees and my chronic lower back pain is GONE. It doesn't take up much space standing, and can be folded flat to slide under the bed. I love it. I chose this inversion table because it was highly rated. I was not let down!

Assembly was not too difficult, but would be much better to put together on a table rather than on the floor. My only qualms with this table is that the cupped ankle support foam pieces seem to "roll" when you invert and they can dig into your feet. I am looking into getting two more black foam pieces and replacing the cupped pieces with them as the black foam is very comfortable on my feet. The other issue is that the height measurement markings disappear when you adjust your height. I will explain it, but you will see what I mean when you get this unit for yourself. So it would be nice to somehow see the height that you are setting it to - rather than guessing. I believe that it is 2 inches up from where the numbers disappear, so if you are 5 foot 8, set the last number to 5 foot 6 and then 5 foot 7 and 5 foot 8 will be hidden but you will be locked in at 5 foot 8. I am 6 feet tall so I set the last number to 5 foot 10 to obtain the 6 foot height. I also noticed that with women, the height is relevant, but not correct. It is more of a "feel" to get the right height, more dependent on the size of the woman's chest, because it throws off the weight to the upper body much more like it would for a tall person with no chest. So here is what I mean. A female with a small chest that is 5 foot 8 will use approximately the same setting as a female with a larger chest that is 5 foot 5. I hope that makes sense. Well, overall, I do like this table a lot. It has helped me from having lower back pain in the morning and when standing for long periods of time. Inverting to 90 degrees is not required to stretch your back, simply 45 degrees is all you need. 90 degrees you'll feel your back, knees and ankles get a good stretch. There are other settings, 15 degrees is like nothing, 30 is barely doing anything. 45 is a good back stretch, 60, 85 and 90 you will get more stretch from it, but again, it is not required for a back stretch.Read full review...
