Unfortunately this back support is a bit flimsy and does not offer the type of support I was expecting. Having worn a back support belt for many years when I ride horses, I was expecting something of more robust construction and possibly reinforced.

I am used to wearing a kid's BMX back support belt when I go horse riding but couldn't find the one I wanted so decided to try this, but it is woefully inadequate by comparison.Read full review

The only downside is that my back tends to get very very hot indeed to the point where it feels like it's burning, so I'd recommend wearing it on top of underwear.
