This is the presmium cable tester you need for the price of a bad one

These work far better than the <$20 cheap stuff you can buy elsewhere. I bought a cheap RJ45 cable tester, and it kept failing my cables. A friend came over with his LinkMasters, and it turned out my cables were working. And sure enough, when hooked up, everything worked. These are about $100 new, but the used ones I bought on eBay were just like new. Perfect Replacement

I guess I blew my remote by accidently testing a circuit that was still connected to POE? Found this item and it was reasonably priced and exactly what I needed. Makes my test set complete again. New set would have been over $80 and back in business for $15. Read full review
