I don't know what to say!!
I gave it a 3 only because it tastes great, very refreshing and easy to drink. As far as is it being a good detox tea that I would recommend it to others -- I don't know. I'm on the last 2 servings of a 3 week Iaso tea detox regimen. I followed the instructions to the letter and I don't feel any different. I haven't had any unexpected, but most welcomed "poos." I haven't lost 1lb. so I don't know if it's detoxing my system or not. I know 2 people, close to me, who have drank this tea and lost 5-15 lbs in the first 2-3 weeks of consuming this tea. Neither of them could stay out of the restroom. They say they had more energy and less appetite so I don't know what to say. I will finish my regimen because I paid for it. I suppose it works differently for each person's body. Both of my friends were over weight by more than 30- 40 lbs. each. I'm not what one would describe as obese, but I love pastries. I'm not totally out-of-shape, but I still expected to see some sign that the tea was doing something other than making me urinate more. Any tea makes me do that so what is special about this tea? I've been working out, so I'll stick to that and avoid overeating the "crack" A-K-A "pastries." I hope this helps somebody. Thanks.Read full review

No weight loss
For me this product was high in price. I did give it a 4 star because of its good quality in taste. I tried it for a whole month. The only problem I had with it was stomach cramps and frequent trips to the bathroom. Overall I would not recommend it.Read full review

The IASO Tea is good it does clean your system out but I'm still having problem with my legs and my foots being swollen so I will continue drinking tea for the full month.. but I will order this product again..

Won't lose weight the first week as stated.
