Excellent
I recently lost my right leg. After physical therapy I needed to upgrade from wheelchair to walker to a cane. The HurryCane is the best device I've found to be strong, portable, and functional for my condition. I also purchased one for my 86 y,o aunt. She is kind of vane an doesn't like old style assistance devices.Read full review

Does NOT stand up.
This would be a great cane IF it stood up as advertised, but the base is just not wide/heavy enough to support the handle portion. On my kitchen tile it would stand up if the handle was in a certain position, but on any textured surface it fell over. I understand they want the base small to fold and store easily, but if it doesn't work, don't promote it as such. I didn't want to use the strap because I wanted my hands to be free so I put my foot on the base to keep it upright. It's definitely not worth the full price they ask. Make a wider base that folds in besides or around the collapsible cane and you'll have a winner! If you're looking for a cane solely for the purpose of standing up..don't buy this! Get the good old fashioned quad foot type. They come in different colors and are less expensive!Read full review

Light. Sturdy. Foldable. Ergonomic handle.
I bought this for my uncle. He already had two old-style Canes, but he does like this one much better.
It's light weight but very sturdy at the same time. The handle is ergonomic, and I like the triple rubber contact points as well as how the base pivots and feel it's safer than just having only one contact point. The collapsible feature is very easy and so convenient. Read full review

looks like a reject or a second
I wondered why it was priced lower than retail, the handle has a split seam closest to the user, I ordered another for my wife and the split is also in the handle. A friend bought one from Hurrycane and the handle is perfect but she paid more for it. I have decided that I'll accept the defect for a lower price.Read full review

Freedom Walking Cane
I recently had a full hip replacement and find the Freedom Walking Cane to be a great walking assist about three weeks after the surgery. The little foot at the bottom aids in allowing the cane to stand alone on fairly level surfaces. While it can be disassembled to become about a fifteen inch package, I've never done that because I don't want to fray or stretch the elastic cord inside.
The upper grip is quite comfortable to either hand; the cane is very sturdy and appears to be made of quality materials with a nice finish. I'm expecting a long service time from this cane.Read full review

Hand grip is going to take some getting used to.
It takes some manipulation to get it to stand on different terrain including grass and carpets, even hard floors, it seems to fall over.
I was using a conventional cane which had a thicker handle grip. The HurryCane grip is going to take some getting used to.
Otherwise everything was ok.Read full review

Best cane, hands down!
I have had a number of back surgeries in an attempt to restore my mobility. While improvement is moving ahead at a snails pace, this highly functional cane has been a great help in helping me ambulate. I have had several other brands, and this has been the best!Read full review
