As usual, review requested before I've had the chance to use this.
It does 'look' stylish and 'feels' as though it should be brilliant.
But, I'm kitting out our newly acquired motorhome prior to our first excursion. This item is one of those we thought necessary to keep abreast of emails, search for potential overnight stops and for points of interest wherever we find ourselves.

Very easy to install and use. You need a simcard to make it work. The only thing that could be better, is that it would be nice, if it could be turned on automatically, when you start the car. You need to press a button to turn it on, but it's not a big deal.Read full review

Great in car WiFi

Got this to connect my new car an it has done a fantastic job. Only down side is it does not auto start, I have a small plastic ball taped over the power button . This holds it down so it starts when getting power.

This is the second Huawei E8377 I've purchased. My first unit was locked to the EE Network & try as I might I couldn't get it unlocked. My new unit is unlocked & works well with whatever data SIM card that I try to use. It also has the advantage (should you need it) of a CRC 9 external antenna socket. This item was purchased after several conversation with TE supplier. The person I spoke to went to great lengths to sort out my needs especially the delivery which he withheld in order that I could have it when I returned from Spain. Glad I purchased this wi-fi modem. It's been great using it in my car to connect my phone to so I can listen to internet radio. It has a great signal pretty much most of the time, bit weak when around a lot of trees but it's never lost a signal completely. I would definitely recommend getting one of you've been thinking about getting one.
