Beautiful colour and great fondant

I am making gold Art Deco pieces. I added a little Tragacanth and this made it a bit firm, but it still had movement, which I found useful for placing the pieces on a black fondanted cake.
Although it looks small, I still have loads left.

It's a different consistency to ordinary sugarpaste.
It rolls out really well and gives good results to my masterpieces.
