I am replacing one that gave me long and good service. has been a boon,I can take it in the car and it will stay quite warm if covered while I go to the shops etc much better than those with seeds.

These hotties are a wonderful way of applying heat to an area of your body where you have pain . Will last a long time if it is heated correctly in your microwave. Essential for sufferers of back pain
This is an essential for all sufferers of long time back pain. The microwaved stored heat lasts much longer than equivalent wheat or barley bags, or clumsy hot water bottle, and because the instructions prevent overheating, it not burn you. Each pack will eventually need replacing (usually through a mistake in overheating) but for pain relief without medication these packs are the best thing I know. There are various fabric wraps to fit the pack according to where you want the warmth located, but I still use my original back wrap from many years ago. This is my 3rd replacement thermal core pack in about 10 years, so the cost overall is minimal, but the benefit is amazing. Read full review
