Wheel fell off and water poured all over floor

Upon opening caps did not fit on solution tank(too small ) Tried to fix caps, started to use machine with square washers ( see pic below) wheel fell off from broken hub. Water poured out all over floor after wheel fell off from caps not fitting.

Now they want me to cut off cord and send them pic, they will replace?? How do I even trust that after all this?Read full review
