Does a great job
The brush bristles do a thorough job of cleaning and not fraying the carpet fibers. Very easy to use and larger recovery tank is a real plus meaning fewer stops to empty dirty water.
The clean water tank uses enough water to clean but does not soak the carpet. Was dry in about 2 hours because I was still on the learning curve. I will not hesitate in the future to clean my carpets.Read full review

Broken and shipped as refurbished
I have been having good luck with refurbished equipment, until now. I didn't have time to look this over until today, I screwed in the handle placed it on the floor and the wheel fell off. The plastic housing was broken and will not hold the wheel in. Okay an update. They sent me another, I had to render the other one inoperable. Amazing suction, Rinse mode is genius
Measured suction is even greater than house's central vac, twice that of ShopVac. Ability to rinse is fantastic. Only concern is short warranty, but brand has a good reputation.
Main carpet will never look new, but looks better than it did after the last professional cleaning.

Let me start by saying there are certainly better carpet cleaners out there. You can find great comparisons on YouTube. So why is this one a winner? Well, multiple reasons. It's extremely easy to set up as well as use, it does a very good job, and it's quite inexpensive. It's a great balance of price, performance and ease of use. You can spend more on a much heavier duty cleaner, and you may get slightly better results. There are even cheaper carpet cleaners that do a better cleaning job, but I've seen that they break easily and are really not designed well, especially for cleaning an entire floor.
