Excellent lightweight machine. Despite "only" being 350 watts it picks up really well, showing us just how bad our old vacuum had become! I bought a refurbished one for under £38 which is a bargain. This hoover is so good I’d buy it again if It went wrong and my reasons are this is so lightweight and easy to push, it is powerful and picks up everything and it’s very quiet compared to most hoovers. this is by far the best hoover I have ever had. The only negative thing I had happen is the belt broke but that was my fault I went over a huge pile of shedded dogs hair which was too much for it to handle. I bought 2 new belts for under £5 and replaced it myself in mins it’s very easy to replace them. I rarely give 10/10 but this hoover deserves it. It’s a pleasure to use. Read full review

Very poor design,Extension hose gets in the way of leccy cord and is constantly coming adrift from the Hoover.Lack of a decent tool for under bed/furniture hoovering.Poor Response from Hoover.

I've been pleasantly impressed with the suction power on the vacuum cleaner and excellent reach on hose attachment.
I would prefer a bit longer power lead, though not a major problem. Also hose sometimes unclips itself from on-board storage hooks. This again isn't a huge issue.
