Disappointed

Was just expecting a better taste. Have to use A LOT of this. Finally get enough flavor but it's not that great, sort of a slightly off taste. Use it to make cheese flavored grits. The instant ones from Quaker taste better but can't find them.

Additionally I read the ingredients and there is a bunch of Trans Fat in this and way too much Yellow dye as evidenced by the unnatural color. If the product tasted good there would be no need to color it to advertise it is cheesy. Without a good taste there is no amount of artificial color that can save it.

Sorry to bash this product but I really have to be honest. May just grate my own cheddar and take the extra time to mix it into the grits.Read full review

This stuff is exactly real cheese, but it's turned into a powder. If you want to make EXTRAORDINARY cheddar biscuits, cheddar cheese sticks, then buy this stuff. It is real. WOW, When I bought this I was just fed up with the mac and cheese I was buying from my local grocery. (A lot of mac and very little cheese for taste) When I purchased this I was not expecting anything great so I was really surprised when I made mac and cheese for my grand kids. What a difference, great cheese flavor and the kids loved it! I also mixed it with melted butter and baked it on crusty Italian bread, Awesome Cheese bread.....

Cheesy cheese

This stuff is a direct replacement or addition for the Kraft powder that they never give you enough of in the boxes of mac & cheese. Kraft doesn’t sell the extra cans anymore so this is the only was to juice up the blah taste it has without enough cheese powder. I hear some people say to put it on popcorn too.Read full review
