Though I do think many of these types of belts are over priced including this one, that said I'm still glad I bought this belt. With 8 pads to cover both your "six pack" and your obliques, it really works. I go to the gym 3-4 days a week and then supplement with the belt to make quicker progress. I like the fact that I can use the belt whilst doing other things. I also like that the control device is tethered to the belt instead of being fixed to the belt, which makes it easier to read and adjust the settings. This thing works!

This is the second of this type of Abdom belt that I have used and I can recommend it. I ruptured a lower ab some years ago so can longer do standard stomach crunches. The first belt that bought worked OK but did not last. This belt is of much better quality and I am confident that it is more durable.
