Great Value!

This a great product and does exactly what it said it would do. Easy to set up although you will need a fairly large chair because the cushion is larger than it appears. The controls are easy to use and it provides several different massages as well as minor heat.Read full review

Remote down after 20 min

After 20 minutes of use the remote is almost dead. The only buttons that can be pushed are Power and Demo. After the remote lights up, it is dead. In Demo function the mechanism works well.

Another big problem is that this product is delivered in Europe, but it does not contain any information about the voltage. In USA the power plug is 110V, in Europe is 220V, so it needs a voltage converter that costs extra money.

Regarding the mechanism, I can not tell to much. I could not enjoy it.Read full review

Shiatsu Massage Cushion

While it had almost all that I wanted for my back it is very thick and takes up most of a chair, which I didn't notice in any pictures of it. It just looked contoured to the chair. Much better than my old shogun shiatsu!

Received today----and I love it!
I bought a early model (about 20 years ago) of the shogun shiatsu, used it on my neck, spine and back---thought it was the best---and very dependable.
Wow---this new full-back shiatsu has to be 10 times better than the original.
I tried it first on my office chair, but it seemed a bit small front to back.
Now it's on my living room lazy-boy, and I couldn't be happier.
I would highly recommend the MCS-750H to anyone, especially if you're 80 years old as I am.

Still good but not as good as the original

I had purchased this same product 3+ years ago and loved it! It died after 2 1/2 yrs. I was pleased to find this product again; however, they changed the amount of heat (doesn't get as warm) and the intensity of the rollers. Wonderful for my back.

This a replacement for another Homedics back massager which a friend really liked & purchased from me. I like this one even better because it has the additional "tapping" feature, which can be used either singly or in combination with the kneading feature. I also like to put my large ice pack on top of the massager, as it pads it a little more & my chiropractor recommends using ice for my back, but not the heat. It is a really great combination for me. True the kneading balls can seem a little too much for some people, but just put a blanket or heavy bath towel over it & that helps in softening the massage.Read full review
