very effective piles cream; but test it first for allergy

This is pleasant and effective giving excellent relief to soreness and itching. You don't need much and so it lasts well. I don't personally use the applicator as these are hard to control how much is used; a gloved finger with a pea sized amount is more easily applied where you want it. I would just add one more thing; test it first on a small patch of skin on your arm as I turned out to have an allergic reaction to it and was VERY sore and itchy for a while.
