Better than prescription & OTC nasal sprays
I was looking for an effective non-steroid spray for my sinus/allergy congestion. Read about Nasalcrom (brand name for Cromolyn) at the People's Pharmacy, a wellness site. It stated that some users could give up their allergy medication while using the spray. So I tried it and having been using it for about 10 years now, I don't have the nose sores/bleeding I got with the prescription & OTC brand name sprays. And it works just as well as they doRead full review

Highly recommended and affordable
Just as good as the brand name. I'm always very thankful I can find this generic product because it is less expensive and that counts a lot when you are on a budget. Cromolyn sodium has been nothing short of a mircale and is the only thing that works for me as though I have no sinus problems...it used to be extremely severe before I used this product. Took about 2 weeks to really kick in but once it did--I love it! Read full review

Works very well
This stuff works for my bad pollen allergies! A life saver. After it has built up inside your body, usually in only a few days, you can stop or at least slow down using it.

It really works
I used the CVS brand and I got off it for a good while and then I saw that CVS didn't sell it so I tried Flonase. Horrible stuff. My simtoms went away for a couple of weeks and then I started to get bloody noses and then it started plugging my nose back up. But this Cromolyn Sodium works great and there aren't any side effects. I recommend this stuff. It really works and No side effects.Read full review

good product
This is the generic of Nasalcrom and was recommended by my optometrist. Other allergy sprays can cause "dry eye". This product relieves my allergy problems and has done away with chronic dry eye.

Oldy but good med for nasal allergies
It's a shame this isn't more widely available. It's a very very safe medication that works. Do have to use more frequently. First use of day seems to exacerbate symptoms for about 10 minutes, but then good for rest of day as long as I use it every 6 h so. So nice to not have to use nasal steroids and I have cut back to almost none on oral antihistamines. I bought a 4 pack and have a couple strategically placed so I can use when I remember and throw one in my backpack.Read full review

Good for the nose..
I used steroid sprays for years from the VA here in Chicago. They ruined my inner turbines so I have a stuffy nose a lot from allergy. I read about this product and tired it. Now after 3 weeks it is not perfect but better than the $500 dollar steroid ones they were given me each month. I will always use this product with little side effects..Read full review

Effective and reasonable OTC treatment for nasal allergies
Anyone who suffers nasal allergies should give this a full try to if it helps symptoms. Doctors have forgotten about this rather unique approach to nasal allergies; they would rather prescribe expensive prescription medication.Read full review
